“Accessibility Requirements Update: Residential” will provide attendees with an update on the new accessibility requirements that impact the design and construction of multi-family dwelling units in New York City, per the newly adopted NYC building code. The scoping requirements for residential occupancy classifications will be reviewed, along with an emphasis on the problem application areas for dwelling units, including toilet rooms and kitchen layouts. This program qualifies for health, safety and welfare (HSW) credit.
